Carolynn is the only person I would entrust with my child’s wellbeing all day long. She runs our house the way I wish I could: our girls ask for her by name.
Carolynn opened the Lānaʻi house the week before we flew in: fresh flowers in every room, the boat fueled, the pantry done properly. We arrived and just exhaled.
My son's 6th birthday was at Hanauma Bay. Forty kids. Tide pools, scavenger hunt, shave ice. Not one tear. I still don't know how.
